Welcome Winter!

Hey everyone! Happy December! :)
We technically don't really have 'winter' in Mumbai but hey we can celebrate that it'll be atleast 2 degrees less hot! When I think of winter instantly the comfortable and happy vibes come in the picture. So I put together this casual outfit and played it up with the accesories. And yes this is my third consecutive monochrome outfit, I promise the next one will be a colorful one!

Since it's sweater weather, I wore this black and white high-low sweater with ofcourse leggings! I literally live in leggings because they're so comfy and versatile, you can almost wear anything with them and get away with it.

I wore my favorite combat boots and a black sling bag with golden studs. Going with the gold theme, I choose some gold mid-rings and a hair tassel with crosses. I  brought these accessories from an Instagram store name 'accessorisingg'. The parcel came in in a couple of days and Cash on Delivery is available!

Outfit Details:
Sweater - Thailand (I saw the exact same one at Vero Moda)
Leggings - Limeroad.com
Shoes - Forever21
Bag - Thailand

Here are some of my winter essentials:
1.) Body Scrub - The Lotus Herbals Apricot scrub gets really        in and gets rid of the dead cells leaving your body soft and      ready for moisturisation.
2.)  Body Moisturizer - My favorite body moisturizers are from       The Body Shop. The Sweet Lemon body butter and               Raspberry body lotion.
3.) Face Moisturizer - I have a really oily face (even during          winters) so I like using The Clean and Clear oil-free                moisturizer.
4.) Lip Moisturizer - I've tried so many chapsticks in the past,      none of them work! And trust me when I say this, after            using the EOS lip balm my lip game was on!
5.) Lipstick - I'm loving this lipstick from Street wear color rich      line in number 17. You can totally made this color                    wearable during the day by just dabbing it on lightly and          adding a gloss on top.
6.) Nails - I use a acetone free nail-polish remover to prevent      from being brittle. And I love wearing dark colors on my          nails, reds and purples are the best!
7.) Hair - Along with our skin winter takes a toll on our hair          too, so I like to oil the twice a week with virgin coconut oil        and also use a hydrating conditioner.

How I organize my wardrobe.

Hey everyone!
I am a huge hoarder be it clothes, shoes, bags, accessories or makeup and I’m sure most of the girls reading this are! It gets pretty intense when you have a lot of clothes especially the organizing and arranging part. So that’s why I’m here to share some tips on how I like to keep my wardrobe neat and well organized.

 Step 1: Clean out.

Now I believe in keeping (unwanted) clothes even that you don’t wear because you never know when you might just want to wear them, right?  But I will contradict myself right here by saying that there are some clothes that are good pieces by themselves but you just don’t end up wearing them so you remove them! I know what I’m saying is a little confusing but make your choices, ask yourself would you buy this top again? If the answer is yes then keep and if no, you know what to do! Also if the fitting of a particular clothing item isn't right on your body you gotta remove it.

Step 2: Make your wardrobe seasonal.

First of all, use hangers to hang your clothes this makes everything way simpler as you can see all the clothes and it’s more accessible.
It’s winter now, so keep all the full sleeved tops, sweaters, jackets, scarves in the limelight and keep the summer clothes in another shelf (like what I've done) or on the farther corner of your closet. Go through your wardrobe twice a year and switch the clothes up.

Step 3: Sort your clothes by categories

The best way to do this is by using different colored hangers. Like you can see I've hung all my chunkier sweaters on the white hangers, the full sleeved shirts on the dark blue hangers, the mid length sleeved shirts on the light blue hangers, the sleeveless tops on the pink hangers, and my newly brought clothes on the light pink and purple hangers. The rest of the clothes that do not fit in the above categories are put in another cupboard.
- Keep all the clothes facing one side, it just makes everything a lot easier when you are trying to find clothes in the morning and also everything looks really organized.
If you don’t like to repeat your clothes, hang the clothes that you've worn backwards so you remember not to reach out for them in the morning and also this way you’ll be wearing all your clothes.

-I like to store my bottom wear in draws. In the draws too I make sections so in one sections there all only denims, in the other all my legging, shorts, printed pants, etc.
- If you have lots of scarves, necklaces or bracelets you can hang the all up on this round hanger (I got it from D mart). This will make everything easier as you will be able to see whatever is hanged.

If you have spare space in your wardrobe decorate it with your favorite pieces like I have done it with my favorite shoes and bags!

I hope you enjoyed this post. And if you want me to write on a particular style or any topic let me know in the comments below. Keep experimenting! Explore your style. Good-luck! :)

Travel Diaries - Thailand

Hello everyone...after a really long time!
So in my Diwali Vacation I wasn't at home but had gone to Thailand and most importantly the Phi Phi Island!♥
The pictures of this post will be more of the touristy pictures and not like the usual ones, so I apologize for that.

The outfit I was wearing was a very simple Outfit of the day, something you could wear on a day to day basis. It was really hot that day (just like all the other days) so I chose this maxi maxi skirt as it's really easy to carry and don't even get me started about the comfort! Going the whole monochrome feel I wore this lace crop top. But it was time to break the monochromatic nature of this outfit with a floral printed hand bag and turquoise braided chappals. To protect my eyes from the sun I was wearing these cat-eyed sunglasses. Keeping the accessories minimal i wore a few mid-rings.

Now I decided to add a few travel essentials that I cannot do without:
1.) Something to read - I carried an issue of vogue and cosmopolitan and also 'Half Girlfriend' by Chetan Bhagat.
2.) Headphones - Because you never know when you'll get bored of reading, so music and movies to the rescue!
3.) Moisturizer + Lip Balm - I carried the super moisturizing The Body Shop Strawberry body butter and  The Body Shop Strawberry Lip balm.
4.) Perfume - Nobody likes to smell bad so I carried the Viva la Juicy by Juicy Couture (travel size).
5.) Glasses and Contacts - I am partially blind so gotta keep my visual helpers with me.
6.) Snacks - Hershey's Cookies 'n' Cream and some gum..
7.) Makeup Bag - I almost have a bare face when I'm travelling but it's just nice to have a little something with you just in-case. So I have the Revlon Color stay concealer, Maybelline black liquid eyeliner, Maybelline Colossal, Maybelline Cheeky Glow, Rimmel London eyebrow pencil, a nude colored lipstick by Lakme and also a setting powder (I use the Elle18 Glow compact).
